Proofs

Proofs are 4x5 versions of original images with borders that are numbered and contain photographer information for ease of ordering. Proofs are typically untouched except for minor color balance and contrast adjustments.

Prints

Choose from color, black and white, or sepia. Prints are color balanced with tonal adjustments and minor retouching if necessary. Cropping is done to best present the image for the size of print ordered. All prints 8x10 and larger are mounted on styrene and sprayed with a luster coating for added protection and durability. Custom sizes are available if cropping is detrimental to the quality of the image.

Sessions

All sessions listed below include the following:

• A portion of session fee applied as an early order incentive toward the purchase of your choice of prints, canvases, storyboards or portrait books if ordered within the initial two week proofing period. After 14 days the incentive is forfeited.
• 14 days of online viewing and purchasing of your proofs.

 

Studio $200 with $125 early order incentive

All studio sessions include up to 90 minutes of shooting. Studio sessions take place at my studio under controlled lighting situations. Studio portraits are a great way to achieve a classic, enduring image of your family or child. Studio sessions cover up to five family or group members.

 

Location $300 with $200 early order incentive

Location sessions include photos at your home or outdoor location of your choice (within the Anchorage Bowl). Travel is available and additional charges based on distance may apply. Location sessions include up to two hours of shooting.

 

Sessions in Threes $400 with $300 early order incentive

Discounted studio sessions in a series of threes. A great way to document the rapid changes of a newborn in the first year or a toddler edging towards independence. A great closure to a Session in Threes would be portrait book of the entire experience. What creative series can you come up with?

 

Extended Day $500 with $350 early order incentive

Great for Seniors or those who want multiple locations or portrait collections. An Extended Day Session lasts from three to four hours and can inlude both location and studio settings. Outfit changes, friends, and all your ideas are possible. A proofbook of approximately 25 to 35 proofs is included.

 

Engagement $300 with $200 early order incentive and one digital negative

Engagement sessions work best on location. They include up to two hours of shooting and the digital negative for use with engagement announcements or newspaper announcements. If included as part of a wedding package, low resolution digital images of all proofs are also included in leu of any product incentive.
